Shipping FAQs

When will my order be shipped?

Current shipping days are Monday & Thursday. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, it will be shipped out on the following Monday.

 

What if there's an issue with my order?

If there are any issues with an order, please email info@zabette.co and we will assist within 24 hours during the business week. Any inquires sent during the weekend will be addressed during the following work week. 

Please include your name & order number in the subject line.

 

 How do I Return / Exchange my order?

Please send an email to info@zabette.co with your name & order number and a description of the problem. We are happy provide an equal exchange for items within 30 days of delivery date.  Full returns are offered for qualifying items.

Please note we will NOT except returns on face masks for health and safety reasons, however, if it does not fit properly we will offer a refund for the price of the product (shipping fee is non-refundable), and a 15% off code for a replacement mask.

 

How does an item qualify to be returned?

A qualifying item would be a product that is lost or damaged during shipping, or if there are any damages to the garment that were missed during the pre-shipping quality check such as missing snaps, buttons or a broken zipper. Full refunds will be provided within 30 days of delivery receipt.

If you believe your item qualifies for a full refund, please send an email to info@zabette.co with you name, order number and clear images of the issue.

What are your hours?

Business hours are Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Currently, Zabette is a one-woman operation so thank you for bearing with me until I can hire some awesome staff to help better serve you!
 


Do you have a brick-and-mortar location? 

No, Zabette is solely an online store, but we hope to be available in boutiques soon! If you are a boutique buyer/owner and want to carry Zabette, please feel free to email zabette@zabette.co for more information.

 

Are you hiring?
