Shipping FAQs
When will my order be shipped?
Current shipping days are Monday & Thursday. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, it will be shipped out on the following Monday.
What if there's an issue with my order?
If there are any issues with an order, please email info@zabette.co and we will assist within 24 hours during business hours (Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST). Any inquires sent during the weekend will be addressed during the following work week.
Please include your name & order number in the subject line.
How do I Return / Exchange my order?
Please send an email to info@zabette.co with your name & order number and a description of the problem. Returns will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Please note we will NOT accept returns on face masks for health and safety reasons.

What are your hours?
Business hours are Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST
Currently, Zabette is a one-woman operation so I thank you for your patience in advance!
Do you have a brick-and-mortar location?
No, Zabette is solely an online store, but we are available in a few boutiques! If you are a boutique buyer/owner and want to carry Zabette, please feel free to email zabette@zabette.co for more information.
Are you hiring?
